The symposium on March 26, 2026, featured a keynote presentation by Dr. Anita Samuel, “From Innovation to Impact: Conducting Rigorous Educational Research Aided with AI,” and a panel discussion with UMB experts, “Finding the Middle Ground, AI in Education Research: Ethics and Policy.” A poster session also was held, highlighting innovative research in teaching, learning, and education across the health, human services, and legal professions.
